N.B.:<\/em>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>rooms are available from 03 p.m. on the day of arrival, time of departure is by 10 am last day of stay.<\/p>\n

Payment<\/strong>: Cash is the preferred method of payment. We also accept bank transfer or bank checks.<\/p>\n

Reservations<\/strong>: To make a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total is required.<\/p>\n

Refund<\/strong>: To cancel a reservation is as inconvenient for you as it is for us. In the case of cancelling reserved nights, we will not be able to give any reimbursement.<\/p>\n

Supplement for a single room<\/strong>: In the case of single occupation of a double room, or apartment, we apply a supplement equal to 50% of the price of the category of lodging.<\/p>\n

In the apartments guests are responsible for cleaning the kitchen area.<\/p>\n

Children from 0 to 6 years : 30% discount ( B&B only)
\nAdditional cost for children from 0 to 3-4 years : 10,00 euros per day for little bed.
\nYour four legged friends are welcome in the apartments with an additional fee of 10 euros per day.<\/p>\n
