N.B.: rooms are available from 03 p.m. on the day of arrival, time of departure is by 10 am last day of stay.
Payment: Cash is the preferred method of payment. We also accept bank transfer or bank checks.
Reservations: To make a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total is required.
Refund: To cancel a reservation is as inconvenient for you as it is for us. In the case of cancelling reserved nights, we will not be able to give any reimbursement.
Supplement for a single room: In the case of single occupation of a double room, or apartment, we apply a supplement equal to 50% of the price of the category of lodging.
In the apartments guests are responsible for cleaning the kitchen area.
Children from 0 to 6 years : 30% discount ( B&B only)
Additional cost for children from 0 to 3-4 years : 10,00 euros per day for little bed.
Your four legged friends are welcome in the apartments with an additional fee of 10 euros per day.
